- Manufactured to Australian Standards (AS 1684) using machine stress-graded kiln dried timbers. We do not use Baltic pone/slash pine.
- Using the highest grade Australian timber sourced from sustainable forests.
- All detailing is carried out by our in office experienced detailers who ensure your trusses and frames are accurate in all aspects. All of our detailers have 25+ years detailing experience.
- To quote your job accurately, a full set of plans including floor plans, elevations, sections and engineering are required if you have them.

Terrace Trusses complete onsite measures on all quote approved extensions to ensure your preassembled frames and trusses match in with your existing home exactly.
Onsite Delivery
We pride ourselves on quality frames, trusses and Flooring & Joist systems delivered onsite on time every time. All our timber frames and trusses are delivered to site with our hi-ab semi-trailer and experienced driver.
Builder and Owner Builder
Terrace Trusses works constantly with both builders and owner builders alike. As an owner builder our staff can talk you through the process step by step.
